Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
Shipping costs are included in the pricing of the products. Since our products are handmade, please be patient with your orders. If not in inventory, sweaters can take up to 2 months to make and ship. Cotton tops are shipped after 20 days of making. Mufflers and caps are shipped within 15 days. All our products are shipped through DTDC. We will send your shipping slip on request through email only.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellation
Returns :
We don't offer returns on any of our products. We can alter the products if they are not according to the size you gave.
Refunds :
If incase you receive a damaged product we will provide you a refund or a new product , all you need to do is take a video recording of opening the package start to finish with no cuts or pauses!
Cancellations :
If incase you need to cancel your order because of any reason you can do so within12 hours of placing the order . Email us at shubhangivgaur@gmail.com with the Subject : Cancellation .
