Shipping Policy
Shipping costs are included in the pricing of the products. Since our products are handmade, please be patient with your orders. All Products are shipped within 7 days of placing the order if in inventory via India Post or DTDC.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellation
Returns :
We don't offer returns on any of our products. We can alter the products if they are not according to the size you gave.
Refunds :
If incase you receive a damaged product we will provide you a refund or a new product , all you need to do is take a video recording of opening the package start to finish with no cuts or pauses!
Cancellations :
If incase you need to cancel your order because of any reason you can do so within12 hours of placing the order . Email us at shubhangivgaur@gmail.com with the Subject : Cancellation .
We work 7 Days a week so order's are being processed every hour of the day.
